He would probably be known as Tony (or Ant) or Vinnie when he was older so which of these do you mind the least? I like Vincent.

Anthony, I think it sounds soft but strong at the same time. I like Vincent too but I'd be worried it would be shortened to Vinnie or Vince.

Like both but don't like any of the diminutives. They are the sort of names I'd only use as a middle name for that reason.

Vincent - I like both but Vinnie is a nicer nickname than Tony.
