looking for feedback and what is liked best:

Polly Maria
Hazel Maria
Heidi Maria
Zeina Maria
Eva Maria

My favourite is Heidi Maria.

I love Polly, and I could leave the rest of your list. Polly Maria is a little redundant though - essentially calling her Mary Mary! That would bother me, but it might not bother you.

Polly is my favourite.

Polly Maria - dislike Polly, it doesn't really sound like a serious name
Hazel Maria - lovely
Heidi Maria - okay
Zeina Maria - nice
Eva Maria - a bit too much like Ave Maria

Polly Maria- quite like, though always feels a bit unfinished to me
Hazel Maria - Nice, but prefer Rowan, Fern, Sylvia or Willow - if you want non-floral botanical names
Heidi Maria - I really want to like Heidi, but it feels a bit twee to me
Zeina Maria - meh
Eva Maria - love Eve. Not keen on Eva and sounds too much like Ave Maria with the middle name

Hazel - ok
Heidi - like
Zeina - don't know. Is it Zeye-na?
Eva - don't like

I like Maria but Maryam might be nice as a middle name too

Not keen on Zeina but the others are lovely.

My favourite of them all is Maria. Is there a reason you can't use that as a forename?

Polly is my favourite although I prefer Maria to all of them.

Polly, Hazel or Heidi soun best. Like Eva but less good flow with Maria.

So I’d call her Eva Maria nn Polly

Polly or Heidi. Eva Maria is too much like Ave Maria. Don’t like Zenia.
