I'd probably expect the brother of a Frederick to have a similarly traditional/classic name - so Nicholas (maybe with the nn Cole), Thomas (nn Tommy), Maximilian (nn Max). Miles and Sebastian seem more of a similar style to Frederick though imo.

If your taste have moved to slightly more uncommon or "modern" names now, you could maybe consider still going for a traditional longer name but with a "cool" short version? - like Alexander (Lex/Xan), Edward (Eddo/Bear), Dominic (Nico), Charles (Cal), Christopher (Kit), Nathaniel (Han) etc
