I like Emelia and Emily.

Not so keen on Emilia as it reminds me of Milia (milk spots on baby).

I love Emmeline. The others are fine but a bit boring at the moment. Although Emmeline will probably be shortened to Emmie or similar.

I’ve never heard it spoken out loud before, is it pronounced emme-leen, emme-lyn or emme-lyne?

If you are considering Emily think about how it will pronounced in your area. The region I'm from can have a lazy, letter dropping style which means Emily becomes Emm-lee, the 'I' sound completely dropped. I grew up with an Emily who hated it, but there's nothing you can really do when that's how 95% of the population of the area speak.

Emma, Emily or Emmeline.

Emilia is also nice but there are so many Amelias around at the moment, and they sound very similar.

Emmeline is lovely, I also love Emilia. Not keen on the Emelia spelling, it looks a bit like a "trying to be creative" mishmash between Emilia and Amelia.
