I want to say Ethan as I'm not really fond of nn's as given names plus there seem to be so many Theo's and Theodore's (and Teddys) about now... but I've always liked the sound of Theo Blush

I like both but there are a lot of Theo’s in my area and I don’t know a single Ethan (child or adult) so I would choose Ethan.

Ethan as there are so many Theo’s around. I also prefer Theodore rather than just Theo.

Definitely Ethan. Theo's are everywhere to the point I find it a bit blah, and they rarely seem well behaved children either
