3 weeks to go and still can't settle on a middle name. He'll be Joshua (known as josh), ___, three syllable surname

I love Joshua. Alexander is a lovely middle name.

I like all your options. I was going to suggest sticking to shorter names as your surname also has 3 syllables but Joshua Alexander X-y-z also works.....although check initials don't end up being something like JAM or JAR!

Agreed I think two syllables is best! Just can't pinpoint the right one!

Perhaps consider two middle names if you have a very common surname. There are a lot of Joshuas around.
