A middle name for Clemency

I'm not yet set on Clemency, but am interested in it, and I was wondering what middle name you would pair with it? Nickname would be Clemmie or Cece, whichever sticks. (Not after nickname opinions as obviously nicknames emerge naturally so I'm not sure which one my children would pick - and in my family it's normally the children who pick the other children's nicknames, based on what they can say or what they like!)

So far I like:

Clemency Josephine
Clemency Martha Rose

I know Rose is a filler but it's just so pretty!

I think Clemency Martha or Clemency Rose. Something quiet and simple. I think Josephine etc area bit "too much" alongside Clemency.

Keep it simple? Clemency is a name that takes up space so you don’t need two middle names?

Went for two as our other children have two middles, and thought they might feel left out! Except for Josephine which is the length of two

I like them all but Jemima my favourite. If you like Rose go for it but I’d probably leave it out to my personal taste (my middle name is rose and I love it, but i find it overused at the moment).

Oh I love Josephine!

Clemency is pretty but a slightly fussy name, so I like you need to keep it simple - Clemency Jemima is a lot of fussy with our without the Rose. I like Clemency Josephine - and Clemency Josephine Rose is nice. Maybe a traditional family name -

I like all your choices OP. Middle names don't get used much so won't matter if it's a mouthful. I specifically came on to say that I think Clemency is an absolutely beautiful name.

Do you have any family names to use for a middle name, I always like that. Then maybe Fern as the final name. As it's a plant like rose is. And it's short so you could potentially use any fancy name as the first middle name

I like Josephine and Jemima. I find Martha Rose a bit wet.

(Josephine and Jemima both have three syllables. I am not sure why you ruled out a second middle name for one but not the other!)

It means mercy doesn’t it? I suppose it’s depends on how you view it, asking for mercy or giving mercy. I think mercy as a virtue is one of the nicer ones.
