Never heard of Ivo before! You might get people getting you to repeat it a lot. It also looks like an unfinished name to me!

I would have said Elliot. One of my DC has it as a middle name. But I now know someone called Elliot who is an absolute bell end. And I hate my kid has the same name as them.

Definitely Ivo. El(l)iot(t) always looks like a surname to me. DD would have had Ivo as a middle name if she was a boy.

I like both names, but am interested in how you'd pronounce Ivo... would it be ee-vo or eye-vo? I've come across both (prefer ee-vo personally)
