We are expecting another boy and currently have a boy called Finn. We like either -

Finn & Jack
Finn & Elias
Finn & Charlie
Finn & Odin
Finn & Joshua
Finn & Lucas

What do people think? Suggestions are well and truly welcome! Would prefer to avoid two F's!

I like Eli for Elijah (much prefer it to Elias)
Also like Toby and I think it "goes" with Finn
My first choice would be Leo, though

Mumofgirls2017 · 07/01/2022 20:04

Faves are Odin and Elias but think they go less well with Finn. The others are all safe options and go well.

Amos

Finn and Fiachra ?

XiCi · 07/01/2022 20:22

Before I even saw your shortlist I thought Lucas for some reason. Think the 2 names go really well together

CloudPop · 07/01/2022 20:24

Joshua has been done to death in my view - know stacks of them in the kids' generation

ofwarren · 07/01/2022 20:30

Finn and Lucas

lechatnoir · 07/01/2022 20:34

I know 4 brothers: Jack, Harry, Finn and Oscar and always thought they all sound good together so I'd say any of those!

Sunshinegirl82 · 07/01/2022 20:48

My first thought was Casper. I also really like Nate.

Puffalicious · 07/01/2022 20:51

Jack is just soooooo overdone and has been for 15 years. As is Joshua.

I love Oscar/ Odin are great.

Others to consider:

Rowan/ Ronan/ Arlo/ Milo/Cooper/ Conn/ Cahill/ Struan/ Lauchlan/ Hamish/ Fergus/ Spencer

rocky1914 · 07/01/2022 20:51

I love the name Elias. Was going to call my DD this name if she had been a boy. Lovely name so, definitely Finn & Elias

salcombebabe · 07/01/2022 20:57

Jude?

WalkingOnSonshine · 07/01/2022 20:57

Tadhg is pronounced Tige.

Unless you’re Australian where they’ve butchered Tadhg Kennelly’s name.

Out of your list, I prefer Jack.

But agree with a PP that something Celtic would be lovely.

Cormac or Conor.

CorpusCallosum · 07/01/2022 20:58

Josh or Luca/s

Thank you everyone ❤️

Our son was Thomas until 38 weeks where we changed to Finn so that is still a strong contender (forgot to add to the list)!!

Plenty of time to decide but your suggestions have been sooooo helpful x
