3 boys now a girl name help!!

Have just found out we are having a baby girl after 3 lovely boys!
Boys are Louis,Harry and Jacob I’m really struggling with finding a girls name!! Any suggestions? Really want something very feminine and pretty! Help please!! (We are in England)

Last question sorry ladies!! I can’t stop thinking about the name Bethany I really like it and also like Beth as a shortened version. Problem is our surname begins with O so baby initials would be BO we would have a middle name but would people just use the first and last names as initials leading to cruel comments?!?

I had discounted it because of the initials but keep thinking could it be an option!?

These three first names are nice too, but they look like diminutives of longer names.

I think BO is a problem. I normally think people overthink initials etc but I do think that one is difficult. How about Elspeth with Beth as a nn? (I love Elspeth!)
