Twin name help

First time poster here!

I am expecting twins in February but it will be more like January as twins are usually delivered at around 36 weeks.

We already have one son Frederick James Michael but are expecting a girl and a boy. We are stuck on the name Ottilie or Cecilia but are completely baffled on a boys name. I loved Theodore but it has already been taken by a close family member. We want to use the names Elizabeth and Spencer as middle names for definite.

We have very similar name taste! Theodore and Frederick are in my top 3 boys names, along with Cassius. I also like both Cecilia and Ottilie, but would go for Cecelia personally.

For your daughter Ottilie Elizabeth Cecilia or Cecilia Ottilie Elizabeth? Two middles to match your eldest. I would give two middles to both twins, so neither feel shortchanged compared to their older brother.
