For me, ending it in i would only work with double ll in the middle, (probably because it would also need that with an ie ending e.g Lillie works, but Lilie doesn't), so probably simplest to stick to Lily!

Lily definitely. I have taught a Lilli but it was a nickname for Lillian.

Lily. But as it's a nickname it really doesn't matter. I have seen people go from Becky to Bekki and back to Becky again.

Lili at the moment would make me think you’d copied Harry and Meghan. You may be fine with that (I’ve a Charlotte born very soon after Princess Charlotte) but just pointing it out in case it would bother you.

Lily definitely. If you spell it with an I your daughter will forever have to correct people which will I be really frustrating for her.

If you're from a culture which spells it as Lili e.g. Welsh, then Lili. If you're from a culture which spells it as Lily, then Lily.
