I think they’re saying it as Roamy as it’s a tribute to Carrie’s aunt Rosemary so it would be a sort of roam sound rather than a rom sound.

Iris means rainbow, maybe chosen because Carrie had a miscarriage previously so Romy is a rainbow baby.

Charlotte was boris’ mum who died not long ago.

I heard it on the radio just now and I was convinced the announcer said Romy Virus Charlotte 🤷‍♀️

I like all three names individually but I think Romy Charlotte Iris would have flowed much better. I have a DS whose middle names are John George rather than George John for the same sort of reason.
