I actually love Evangeline as a full name too. I've never considered it before! It's beautiful!

Mercy is beautiful. The first thing that popped into my head was Jane but seeing your list Evangeline as a middle name would be perfect!

Tried saying various names (not out loud and one or three syllable+ middle names seem flow better.

This is a terrible summary- it's more about the kids who are kidnapped than about the settlement.

My nan was called Mercy Elizabeth Geaves so I've always loved that name and we used to just call her Meg. I do think Elizabeth goes well with Mercy .

If you're going to use Mercy, you really need to think hard about the middle name. Some of these suggestions have been awful.

I think a short name with a hard sound at the end would work best. Think Mercy Gwen, Mercy Jane etc. I think having the E sound at the end of the first name and at the beginning of the second is unpleasant sounding.

Nothing M too Mercy me. I would go for a safe simple, nice popular name.

How about Mercy Sophia or Olivia

Marcy is also a nice name if you’re not too set on Mercy.
