Under-used nice names

Hi All,
Would love some suggestions for under-used, nice, names. Not ‘oldies that have come back’ (Esme, Evelyn, Alba, Edith etc…) but those names that when you hear them you say ‘ah that’s a nice name, you don’t hear that often, I’ve never met a ** before’.
Any suggestions welcome! 😊

Here are some names that I like that I think would meet your brief. I've picked names which are out of the top 400 in 2020, and without a significant period of popularity recently. If popularity is important to you, I'd highly recommend checking out this website. It takes all of the ONS name data in England and Wales and graphs it out, so it's very easy to see if something is rising in popularity and is generally easier than opening up the spreadsheet.

Grace is definitely not an underused girl’s name. It’s everywhere, especially as a hyphenated middle name. Penelope is popular too.

cowburp · 14/11/2021 10:37

Hannah and Jessica are getting a bit more popular these days and Grace is like one of the most popular names!

There are a few names I love that are well known but aren't used frequently these days like Rebecca, Jenny, Sarah, Claire and Catherine. I also love short simple names like Ann, May, Fay.

Lettice

Pronounced Le-tice (rhymes with crease).

It was very popular in 17th-19th centuries.

Thanks everyone for the ideas!
I agree some of the names suggested are fairly popular around where I live (Grace, Jessica, Imogen…) but I have got some good suggestions which will be going on my list! Thank you!
