Lena and Leo for twins??

Hi there mums :D we're expecting twins (boy and girl) and we are set on the girl being named Lena (Lay-nuh) but we're having trouble coming up with a boy's name...My husband and i are thinking about the name Leo but are not sure if it sounds to similar to Lena.
thoughts?? and feel free to suggest some other names that could go well with Lena aswell

Lena is a lovely name - I read it as ‘Layna’. I really think enough people would assume it’s Germanic or maybe Italian and work it out, or you will just tell them. Don’t be put off! Agree with other posters though that matching initials for the kids will be annoying.

I would pronounce it Leena if I saw it written down. I think Leo is a bit too matchy-matchy

I actually really like it but perhaps to stop it being too matchy, I might go Theo rather than Leo.
