Initial ideas on baby names

We have a baby due in March next year and have started talking about baby names. We're not sure if it's going to be a girl or boy yet but would like some opinions on name ideas so far! We've already got a daughter called Maggie.

Cora
Cleo
Rosa
Della
Sadie
OH likes Lily, but I think it's a bit wet.

Felix
Jude
Eddie
Heath
Chester
Roscoe

Della is lovely

I love Cora for a girl 😍

Rosa or Cora for a girl.

I like Chester for a boy.

Cora or Chester

Rose is lovely as well.

I also like Cora best.

And Chester for a boy!

I have a Cora and Maggie would be on my list for a second 🙂

Cora is lovely. The girls' names are generally okay—Sadie is great for a certain personality, as is Rosa.

I'm afraid the only boy's name I like in that list is Jude. I particularly don't like Chester, which is awkward.

Cora, Rosa and Della are my favourites from your girls list, I think they'd all work well with Maggie too.

Jude and Chester are my favourites from your boys list.

Eddie - like if short for Edward/Edwin/Edgar/Edmund

Roscoe - Ross is really nice, Roscoe not so much.

Cora is lovely. Cleo is a name of a cat.
Don't like Chester at all, name of an horrible snobby small city in my opinion.

Sadie and Eddie are clearly two of the best names ever !!

Love all your girls choices apart from Sadie (too trendy for me). My fave is probably Rosa. You might also like Lara, Nina, Anya or Juno?

Sorry, I only like Heath and Felix of your boys choices (love Heath!) - most are too trendy sounding for me. You might like Maxim, Ivo, Xander or Rufus?

Thanks everyone! Very much in the throwing names around stage at the minute so great to have some opinions. I'm surprised at the mostly positive responses for Chester as is a bit of a wild card! Thanks for the suggestions IamnotwhoyouthinkIam - Quite like Lara so may add that to the list!

Told OH I'd written this thread and he told me off for forgetting some.. What do you think about:

I don't think Maggie and Eddie go well together but like the rest from your first list.

Not a fan of Maggie and Jessie / Jesse. Nor Billie. I think it's a bit twee to have the same sound ending for siblings but that is very much a personal opinion. Although I do think Maggie and Sylvie is cute. Like the rest.
