I would choose Summer

Do you live somewhere where Summer would be pronounced “Summa”? If so, Sienna.

We live in New Zealand so I guess our accent kind of does day “Summa” instead of summER

Lots of Summers in my DDs class, no Siennas so I would pick Sienna

Now you have 2 names, I'd wait until baby is here. She might fit one more than the other.

Summer Isobel is delightful imo

Sienna Isabel flows better, although Summer is very fresh and sweet.

I liked Ishbel, but of the two definitely Summer for me. I find Sienna very trendy (it's popularity was celeb led). However like a pp I love classic Isabel/Isobel as a first name even more!
