" É/é " do you have any suggestions for names with this letter?

Chloé? I'm not sure what you mean exactly.

CeeceeBloomingdale · 12/09/2021 16:42

Amélie, Aurélie, Esmée.

I’m not sure why you would want to though, it can mean the name is wrong on forms etc as webforms don’t always allow accents. Unless you’re in France or similar that is.

CatherinedeBourgh · 12/09/2021 16:44

Don’t. It’s a PITA.

Isn't it Chloë and Zoë, not Chloé and Zoé?

CovidPassQuestion · 12/09/2021 17:16

Étienne (boy's name, not girl's name)

A French colleague is called Éléna. Although I obviously don’t know how authentic that spelling is…

It's Chloé and Zoë!!!
annacondom · 12/09/2021 17:24

I wouldn't, if you're in the UK or somewhere else where it's not the norm and that letter is a special character on keyboards, unless you're prepared to seeing it usually written without it.

Branleuse · 12/09/2021 17:25

@Branleuse

Fèlix, Esmè, chloè
Isn't it Félix, Esmé/Esmée and Chloë?

I think accents, outside the language groups where they occur and everyone uses them, are likely to be a PITA, or just plain ignored
