Lovely ❤️

PaolaDiLorenzo · 09/09/2021 22:26

It's really nice.

Blubells · 09/09/2021 22:28

Short for Alexander?

user3193 · 10/09/2021 08:09

Love it!

SummaLuvin · 10/09/2021 11:19

For a boy I love it.

For a girl meh.

Ellarain · 10/09/2021 11:37

Love it, but I'm biased because it's my name Grin Female, 40 years old.

Elisemum · 10/09/2021 11:48

I like the name but would never use it as people wouldn’t know if it’s a boy or girl

I like the name but would never use it as people wouldn’t know if it’s a boy or girl

Is that really such an issue?

Chris, Sam, Alex, Ashely, Hilary.... Many common names are unisex. I don't think it creates any disadvantage.

Ellarain · 10/09/2021 12:31

From my experience Sasha is more commonly used as a boys nickname for Alexander in Russia where the name originates. In the UK, America etc its used as a first name for girls and not a nickname for Alexandra.

Blubells · 10/09/2021 14:07

I only know boys called Sasha.

Subbaxeo · 10/09/2021 14:13

I love Sasha. It s unusual enough to be individual but it’s not weird.

crystalspiders · 10/09/2021 14:13

I love it for a boy

LittleGwyneth · 10/09/2021 15:48

Boy or a girl? I like it for either.

GoodnightGrandma · 10/09/2021 15:50

I’ve only heard it used as a girls name.

CrasterKipper · 10/09/2021 16:12

I like it for a girl. Not so keen for a boy, it sounds really soft and feminine to me.

LiveSimply · 12/09/2021 07:04

Oooo, love this (for a girl)

Wole · 12/09/2021 08:00

I don't like it but that's becuase I have trouble with my S's

Geamhradh · 12/09/2021 08:36

I think it does depend if it's for a boy or girl
For a boy its traditional and short for Alexander as pps have said.
For a girl (though also short for Alexandra but not often used in that way) it's more modern.
Sasha on a boy- I imagine some Eastern European heritage
On a girl- I imagine someone who works in Shoreditch Grin
(Not a slight- I like it on both- but to me at least the vibe is different)

SmellsLikeMiddleAgeSpirit · 12/09/2021 09:21

I love it - for a boy or girl.

RuthW · 12/09/2021 09:26

Not to my taste but a reasonable name.
