Other than Jubal and Cillian, are these actual names or just words that you like and have decided to use for names? No judgement either way as I don't hate words-for-names, but Mumsnet does, so this thread might not go down well.

Linden Zaire - Linden sounds like a wet 1980s American man in a suit from a TV show. Zaire is a country, isn't it?
Merrick Cole - don't like Merrick, it was a bullies surname in my school. I think Cole is great
Aaris Byern - Aaris sounds quite cool. Byern, I can't even imagine how to pronounce
Frost Soren - Frost, no. Soren is nice.
Cove Maverick - Cove is a nice word but nlt a name. Maverick, no
Salem Aeron - Salem is a cool word but makes me think of witch trials. Don't like or know Aeron
Jarren Vaughn - Jarren is horrible. Vaughn is a cool surname but not given name
Jubal Coltrane - no, Jubal is quite heavily religious isn't it? Are you religious? Coltrane, again, is a cool surname but not given name.
Cillian - i like, but wouldn't use, Cillian.

From the list I'd choose Cillian, Cole, or Soren.

I wouldn't choose any of them, they're all pretty awful.

They seem quite random. Are you asking if some of the middle names would work better with other of the first names?

Do you have a connection to the country Zaire? I wouldn't use it if not.

How would you pronounce Aaris Byren? And Aeron?

Salem makes me think of the witch-hunts.

I like Merrick Cole best from your list.

I like Soren and Cillian is ok but don’t think they would go together. But the others are awful

It’s like a collection of random words. I like Soren.

The only reasonable first name is Linden, and even that sounds more like girl's name, so my vote is Linden Vaughan.

They all sound like that "Japanese games designers making up American-sounding names" meme.

Are you casting your sci-fi novel or naming a child?! It sounds like the former. Remember he has to live with this, not you -

Cillian is nice enough but a bit of a pronunciation pain in the Uk. Soren is nice and easy to say - Stellan and Struan have a similar feel. Aaron is spelt like that. Jared, Jerome, Jethro, Jonas, Saul, Blaise, Lucian, Matthias, Julius, Cassian/Cassius.. might give you the rare factor you are after without the crazy - whatever you do don’t call him Frost or Salem, it is just cruel..
