Thalia, Cora, Zara, (Charlotte, Rosie, Mia)

Looking for ideas-baby girl due very soon.

My 3 favourite names (vetoed), were Thalia, Cora and Zara.

We've compromised on one of: Charlotte, Rosie or Mia: all perfectly nice names, but I don't love any of them and they're all a bit too popular for my taste. They're more so my husbands choice (I chose our son's name).

Don't really want a top 10 name ideally (which I know Mia is, Rosie and Charlotte are top 20). When I hear people have chosen popular names like Isabella/Amelia/Olivia/Sophia/Lily etc. I just find it unimaginative, even if they're nice.

Any other suggestions please based on these names?

It's a funny one - sometimes the ones popular in the top 10 or 20 don't come up as regularly in a classroom of children as you'd think. I've been a teacher of 5 year olds for 11 years and I've only ever taught one Mia and one Charlotte, and I've never taught a Rosie. Interestingly this year I have a Cleo, a Margot, an Eden, all of which I'd put down as less common. I like all of your names. Probably Rosie is my favourite 😍

You seem to like shortish names that end with A and sound a bit continental/international.

How about:

Lara
Mara
Nina
Eva
Elena
Rosa
Maya/Maja
Sonia
Carina
Elsa
Alma
Lisa

Other names that might be more DH's taste but might also appeal to you:

Jessica
Milly
Alice/Alicia
Florence
Ros(e)anne/a
Annabel
Iris
Beatrice
Dorothea
Lydia
Georgia/Georgette

Thank you for the replies and suggestions- some nice ones in there. I think Rosa/Lara/Cleo/Zoe might suit both of us, maybe with Charlotte as a middle name
