Thea Isobel or Thea Elizabeth are both gorgeous. Forced to choose one I’d say Thea Isobel.

Thea Sienna is too harsh and similar in ending.
Thea Clare sounds like The Eclair. 🤣🤣

I wouldn't use Rose unless there's a family link. It's used so much where I am that you could just ask people "and what's her middle name, Rose or Grace?"
