I like it! Original without being totally out there!

FedNlanders · 13/07/2021 21:13

I like it

TatianaBis · 13/07/2021 21:13

Pretty

Marcipex · 13/07/2021 21:13

A bit like a sneeze.

SummaLuvin · 13/07/2021 21:14

I think it's really pretty. I also would assume they had a parent from Russia (or other surrounding countries), but that's not a bad thing.

I love it

TatianaBis · 13/07/2021 21:16

It was quite popular in the 80s so I don’t think of it as unusual

WhiskersPete · 13/07/2021 21:16

I love it but I have an Anoushka and she is Noush for short.

Geminimama88 · 13/07/2021 21:18

Wow love all the positive comments thank you so much. NOW TO CONVINCE DH 😂

FreeBritnee · 13/07/2021 21:18

Love it.

ViewFromTheRoof · 13/07/2021 21:23

It is beautiful.

Longdistance · 13/07/2021 21:26

I went to school with one. She was a not a pleasant person.

WhiskersPete · 13/07/2021 21:29

Surely there are people of all names who are unpleasant

ParsleyDill · 13/07/2021 21:30

I like it, though it always also reminds me of some 80s comedy routine about posh people (or possibly posh supermarkets?) which had the punchline of a toddler’s parent saying ‘Anoushka! Step away from those aubergines!’

DramaAlpaca · 13/07/2021 22:01

Hate it, sorry. I find it fussy and frilly.

EishetChayil · 14/07/2021 00:03

I hate it. The "noosh" part is so ugly.

Linzi2377 · 14/07/2021 01:18

Where is the racism in that??? The name Rhea reminds me of diarreah..what does that make me? It’s only an opinion 🙄

MorriseysGladioli · 14/07/2021 01:20

I love it.
Anoushka, not diarrhoea.

FuckUcuntychops · 14/07/2021 01:47

It’s lovely

SweatyPie · 14/07/2021 02:17

It's an Indian and Russian name so that comment makes you sound racist BTW. How embarrassing for you.

PP didn't even say they didn't like it- but for the record it's not racist to not like a non-English name. Can we please not dilute the meaning of racism and throw it around everywhere, thanks

..
The name is uncommon, I've never met an Anoushka which is nice in a name because it has more character imo

MrsTerryPratchett · 14/07/2021 02:28

I really like it.

SmackMyAssnCallMeJudy · 14/07/2021 02:33

It wouldn’t make my list, but if I heard someone with the name, I’d think it was nice.

Wantingtomove123 · 14/07/2021 02:55

Quite a popular name in the country I’m living in right now

mrselizabethdarcy · 14/07/2021 03:58

Its lovely!
