I like them both but think Oscar Thomas sounds marginally better than Miles Thomas.

Another vote for Miles.

Miles Thomas doesn't flow all that well, and has the Surname Firstname look to it, but I prefer Miles to Oscar.

Oscar seems like a cat's name to me.

Oscar despite its popularity. I think Oscar Thomas flows better.

Milo Thomas works though (My lo rather than the Italian version).

(Don’t like the repeated S ending of Miles Thomas - bit clunky).

I do love the name Oscar but I feel that I know a lot of Oscars and Ollies. To the point I almost forget what a baby is called if it’s one of those names. I’d go Miles (nickname Milo) 😍
