I love sabrina. I love charlies angels and she is my favourite. Plus I think it's fell out of favour so its a unpopular name

It's really pretty and makes a change from the more usual names.

But your DD's peers won't have watched 90s kids TV so that shouldn't be a problem!

I really like it. Love the celtic origins and link to River Severn. It's on our list. Don't think we'll use it though - quite similar to DD1's name, don't like any of the nicknames and do worry a bit about its links to the teenage witch, 80s pop star, Charlie's Angel's etc. But we'll see. It's a beautiful name - very happy sounding and a bit different.

It's one of those names that just doesn't seem "real" to me. Same as Jasmine, for some reason.

Plus it has blowsy undertones. A stripper or a cabaret singer.

I went to Uni with a Clarissa who rarely got 'explains it all' jokes and this was in an age group who watched the show as a child. So I'd be hopeful that a child Sabrina now wouldn't get too many 'the teenage witch's references when her peers probably won't see the show.
