Middle name for Lorelai/Lorelei (haven't decided spelling yet! If you have opinion on that, bonus question Smile)

  • Lorelai/Lorelei Belle
  • Lorelai/Lorelei Wren
  • Lorelai/Lorelei Drue
  • Lorelai/Lorelei Grey

Purposefully keeping mn short because first is three syllables and also double barreling last names so don't want it to be crazy long written out.

TIA!

I do like Lorelei, and prefer that spelling.

I'm not keen on any of your middle names. Sorry.

FayCarew · 25/06/2021 08:58

Lorelei is the better spelling.

Lorelei Belle - sounds like a cruiser on the Mississippi
Lorelei Wren - not keen
Lorelei Drue - Drew spelling is better but I'm not keen
Lorelei Grey - grey is such a dreary colour

Belle is the best of the bunch, but I'm not keen. I'm not keen on Lorelei either but Laura is nice. Sorry.

Also not keen on your choices.
What about
Skye
Hope
Fern
Ruth
Rose
Grace

According to Wikipedia "Legends say that a maiden named Lorelei lived on the rock and lured fishermen to their deaths with her song." Therefore I personally wouldn't name my child Lorelei.

Lorelai/Lorelei Belle - doesn't sound well together
Lorelai/Lorelei Wren - same
Lorelai/Lorelei Drue - don't like it

  • Lorelai/Lorelei Grey - along with the story of the first name, it sounds to me like a name from a horror movie

I'm sorry, but this is my honest opinion.

Lorelei Belle - sounds like a cruiser on the Mississippi 🤣🤣🤣 hilarious but true

Wren is okay
Drue is very dismal
Grey is a bit dreary too

If you want one syllable names
Jane
Fay
Kay
