It's not a name, it's a mash up of two. Like when a couple used to name their house after themselves in the 1970's thinking they were clever. Steve and Loras house - Steora.

It sounds made up, and I think it was made up for the Brazilian actress (her name is Julia).

To me Julissa sounds like she lives in a New Mexico trailer park and has been totally fucked over by life. So that’s a no from me but if you want something different from Julia / Juliet Juliana is quite nice
