Depends on the surname, unless you are going to use the middle name a lot.

I don't think Siân works as a middle name - all the Siâns I know have it as a first name even though they might be known by the middle name.

Ela/Ella has been overused so I'd not use it.

Siân Elin is better.

I don't think Cadi works as a middle name. Siân Cadi is the same as Jane Katie, so it seems too nicknamey a middle name.

Cadi sounds like a boys name to me. Sian Elin suggested before is lovely.

Cadi makes me think Mean Girls. Great film but not a character I would name my child after.
