Would appreciate your thoughts on our short list, plus any middle name inspiration. We don't want an over used middle name so no Rose, May, Rae, etc.

Alice (middle name either Elizabeth, Olivia or Isabella)
Alana
Lily
Harriet

Thank you!

I really don't like Harriet (always make me think of harried) but Alice and Lily are nice. Alana seems like a different kind of name to me.

Ruth? Rachel? Sarah? Miriam? You've gone for Noah, after all!

Flymetothestars · 23/05/2021 13:02

Love all your names except Alana
I like Anya though if that's of interest x

I like Alice and Harriet - would go for Harriet as Alice so overused. Harriet Constance, Harriet Isabel, Harriet Beatrice, Harriet Jane - or a family name.

Lily is think is wet and certainly overused. Alana is a downmarket 80s name to me - makes me think bleached hair and white white stilettos etc

Throwing Neve/ Niamh in there as a curve ball. Is Noah and Neve too twee?

Nah I think it’s fine. Maeve also an option?

Lois, Felicity, Frances, Stella, Serena, Caitlin, Nancy, Anna, Jemima, Jocelyn..

Out of your list, I prefer Alana. However, I'd spell it Alannah.

I like Alana best - such a lovely sound and underused. But Alice, Lily and Harriet are all (popular) classics so you can't really go wrong with them - my fave of those 3 is Alice, since it's the most timeless.

Emma.
Noah and Emma sounds lovely!

I like Alana and Lily.

Alana Harriet
Lily Harriet
