Middle name for William

I think we've decided on William for our second DS, due next month, but I'm really struggling for a middle name! I'd love Arthur but sadly it would lead to some unfortunate initials. Can anyone suggest some ideas that don't begin with a vowel please?

I think unless you have a name you want to use because you like it or its a family name either dont have a middle name or go for something a bit out there. How about...

Thanks for the ideas, that's my thinking too. My son has a very traditional first name and a more unusual second name, so would be nice to follow a similar pattern this time around. I like Hunter from your list

My Dad was William George so I'm a bit biased.

William George was the first thing that came to my mind. It has a lovely timeless sound to it.

I also like William Jude

It seems the "J" slums flows nicely from William.

I have a William Jude and know a William George and a William John, the juh sound does seem to be popular.

nothing. unless one doesn't mind their kid being nicknamed Willie Dick. 🤣

Can’t get further than my lovely dad and he was William Henry.
