Cool yet classic names

Hello!

Just into the second trimester and seeking inspiration for names. We're not finding out the gender. We have many more ideas for girls names than boys (and have been through every possible boys names we can think of!!). The below boys names are the ones we don't hate, whereas the girls we actively love.

Ideally we want names that are recognisable, not 'weird' and easy to spell - but that there aren't loads of.

If we like these, what else might we like?

Girls:
Romilly (DH's fave)
Alice
Sadie (my fave)
Pip / Pippa
Josie

Boys:
Edward (know this would be common)
Henry (and this!)
Kit (my fave)
Miles (DH's fave)

Thank you in advance xxx

If you like Kit, you might like fellow medieval nicknames for Edward (Ned) and Henry (Hal) which are less popular than the full versions - and there is also James (Jem) and Charles (Cal). Also perhaps Hugh, Edmund or Ivo?

You also seem to like nickname style names (especially for the girls) - so perhaps Nell, May or Sylvie? Cecily, Romola, Bryony, Jessamine, Rosamund or Beatrice are other names your choices remind me of.

Kit is nice , though I think of it as short for Christopher
I think William is a classic name ( Known as Bill )
Dominic
Sebastian

Anna

Philippa ( Pippa )
Clarissa

I like Pippa if short for Philippa, and Sadie as nn for Sarah, and Josie for Josephine
Romilly I think is on the fussy side, and Alice just too flipping common

Thank you everyone - some wonderful suggestions here. Many we had already discussed and discarded as only one of us likes (Beatrice, Cordelia, Hugh) and among the suggestions there is also both our first names and our surname Grin which otherwise I would love for a boy's name. Love the other medieval choices (Ned and Hal are amazing!)

We're going to go through all the suggestions in detail together and hopefully build our lists out a bit.
