Carlota is an honour name so it's basically set in stone. Also spelling would be this as opposed to Carlotta because I'm Spanish so double Ts aren't really a thing.

I think Lowena Carlota flows best but I love Carlota as a name much more than the other options so I vote Carlota Lowena.

I think Carlota first

Lowena Carlota “flows” best but I much prefer Carlota Elowen as a name. Or Elowen Carlota. Remember that most people are thought of by their first names, so it’s really which one you like best.

Elowen Carlota sounds better than Lowena Carlota which is a bit of a mouthful. So if you like them equally go with that.

Carlota not especially pretty in English so I wouldn’t use it as a first name (Carolina sounds alright though...)

Not Elowen as it is El-O-en and people will say EL-o-en.

Carlota is nice but may be regularly misspelt if you live in the UK (as the double T version is better known), so could be a hassle in the first name spot. Lowena is lovely but more often spelt Lowenna, so has the same issue.

So on that basis I'd pick Elowen Carlota - flows fine and Elowen is both pretty and gradually becoming more widely used.
