Middle name for Ivy?

Any suggestions as to what flows nicely? I like Isobel but not sure on the double I. Also like Hope and Elise... but not sure we’ve found the one yet! Any suggestions welcome! 😊

If DS had been a boy we were toying with Ivy Dorothy, Ivy Lowenna or Ivy Dorothy Lowenna.

Dorothy is a family name but I was a bit worried it was too servant in Downton Abbey together. Lowenna is Cornish for joy.
