I have posted before with just 2 of these names, but we’ve added a new one...

I wish there was a voting option!

But could you please tell me what would be your 1st, 2nd & 3rd choice or just your favourite & why?

Thank you!

Love love Connie 😍😍 it would then be molly followed by April

Flossie44 · 13/05/2021 18:17

Connie is one of my all time fave names!!

partyatthepalace · 13/05/2021 18:30
  1. Constance nn Connie - I like it but too nn to be a full name
  2. April
  3. Molly - just because it’s been used a lot so April more interesting -
VenusClapTrap · 13/05/2021 18:48
  1. April - love it
  2. Connie
  1. Molly - dull, twee, overused
Elllicam · 13/05/2021 18:49

I love Connie. Followed by Molly and then April.

ChocOrange1 · 13/05/2021 18:51

I love Connie. So cute.

April is nice and Molly is fine, but there are lots of Mollys around and I also know a few dogs called Molly so I wouldn't choose it myself.

Rainbow321 · 13/05/2021 18:54

Molly
Connie
April ( for me names like Holly - Christmas baby only , April - if born in that month much like May or June )

takeitfromyourmumsy · 13/05/2021 18:58

@VenusClapTrap

1. April - love it
  1. Connie
  1. Molly - dull, twee, overused
Have to agree about Molly. Also don't think it works terribly well on a grown woman (ditto Poppy, Daisy etc) - when I hear it I assume child in the way I wouldn't with Connie or April.
Stichintime · 13/05/2021 19:01

I would only go for Connie, which I like if I liked Constance, which I don't. April: agree, if they're born in that month. Don't like Molly, sorry.

PattyPan · 13/05/2021 19:25
  1. Connie but only if short for Constance, 3 otherwise. I love Constance and would have it on my own list if we didn’t have one in the family already.
  2. April, it’s classic and underused.
  3. Molly, it’s ok but it’s a bit bland.
user1493494961 · 13/05/2021 19:37

Connie, if short for Constance, then Molly. Dislike April (I don't think it's anywhere near classic).

tuttifuckinfruity · 13/05/2021 19:41
  1. April. Not limited to being born in April IMO, I prefer it if not born in April.
  2. Connie / Constance. I like it.
  3. Molly - not keen. Twee, cutsey, doesn't suit a grown woman.
daisypond · 13/05/2021 19:57

1: April - favourite. Full name. Doesn’t have to be born in April.
2: Molly - it’s a bit twee, but better than many -ie or -y names.
3: Connie - Only if short for Constance. Not otherwise.

DramaAlpaca · 13/05/2021 20:22

I love Connie, but it would have to be short for Constance. Such a beautiful name.

Molly is OK but a bit on the cutesy side for me. It's a diminutive really.

I don't like April at all, sorry. It certainly isn't a classic.

MadeOfStarStuff · 13/05/2021 20:31

Connie is lovely

HappyDaysToCome · 13/05/2021 20:32

Connie
Molly
April

PassGo · 13/05/2021 21:04
  1. April - Pretty, unusual, quirky
  2. Constance/Connie - classic, elegant
  3. Molly - overdone now
CoalCraft · 13/05/2021 21:31
  1. Molly - lovely name, really like
  2. Connie - pretty name but loses points for being a nickname for something else (Constance)
  3. April - not to my taste and Ape is not a great nickname (I knew an April that got called Ape, not in an intentionally derogatory way)
starfire88 · 13/05/2021 21:46

I have a soft spot for Molly as that was my grandmother's name. My favourite from your list though is Connie. It's a underused classic in my view, and I can imagine it growing well with your child.

IamnotwhouthinkIam · 14/05/2021 00:38
  1. April - pretty enough sound and underused.
  2. Molly - friendly/down to earth but maybe a bit dull.
  3. Connie - not for me, but fine as a nn for Constance.
JemimaJoy · 14/05/2021 04:43

Connie or April. Hate Constance though!

MercyBodle · 14/05/2021 05:19
  1. April - fresh and unexpected, neat and up-beat
  2. Molly - warm and sweet
  3. Connie - just don't find this appealing
TatianaBis · 14/05/2021 06:34

Connie.

Don’t like the others. Polly is much nicer than Molly.

Inafastspin · 14/05/2021 09:09
  1. April - it has a fresh, pleasing sound and I don't think a child has to be born in that month only
  2. Connie - I quite like it, though I would also probably veer towards using Constance too (even though I don't always agree that the full name has to be used)
  3. Molly - I agree that it sounds a bit dull by comparison
Iris2020 · 14/05/2021 11:10
  1. Molly - I've always liked this name
  2. Connie - I quite like it too, although it doesn't sound great if pronounced in a number of other languages - which may never be a factor.
  3. April - nothing wrong with the name, just not my favourite
