DH and I have finally narrowed it down to our favourite names for our future DD but still can't choose as we love all three just as much so hopefully mn will help us decide!

Morwenna
Elowen
Lowena

Middle name will -probably- be Rosie but still not absolutely decided on so also open to suggestions that might flow better with them.

I vote for Elowen.

DotDotDotDotDot · 07/05/2021 19:23

Elowen is lovely!

KirstenBlest · 07/05/2021 19:40

Lowenna

Morwenna is nice but I prefer it with the Mor bit said like Morr not More
Elowen - nice but some people will stress the first syllable, so it will be yet another El name
so Lowenna is the nicest.

Morwenna is my fave - I like the sound and the meaning, plus she also has a more choice of nn as well if she wants (Wenna/Wen, Menna or Wren).

Chilldonaldchill · 07/05/2021 22:19

Lowena!

lemonsyellow · 07/05/2021 22:24

Are Lowena and Lowenna pronounced the same?

Tillygetsit · 07/05/2021 22:46

All lovely but my favourite is Lowena.

Pemba · 08/05/2021 02:07

Morwenna

mathanxiety · 08/05/2021 02:19

Lowenna Rosie is lovely.

User1357 · 08/05/2021 02:28

Elowen

Emelene · 08/05/2021 02:32

Elowen is my favourite, followed by Morwenna. Smile

MercyBodle · 08/05/2021 08:31

All beautiful, and it's hard to choose. Possibly Morwenna as favourite then Elowen.

Edenember · 08/05/2021 09:33

Morwenna

RedRec · 08/05/2021 09:34

Morwenna by a mile for me. Although all are nice.

Synchrony · 08/05/2021 09:58

Morwenna.

Edenember · 08/05/2021 10:58

Sorry forgot to say, and I’ll get shot down here for being generic, but I’d go for Morwenna Rose rather than Rosie, or another Rose variant such as Rosalie (but nothing that ends in an -a). I tend not to like the cutesey -ie / y ending names as middles as I feel they rarely go well in that position, but something more substantial such as Rosalie would be great.

partyatthepalace · 08/05/2021 13:17

Lowena

Elowen is lovely but blends a bit with all the El names, Morwenna makes me slightly think of goths and witches - Lowenna is more lively

cbatoabc · 08/05/2021 13:20

Lowena

FelicityPike · 08/05/2021 13:23

Elowen

Adelais · 08/05/2021 14:32

Lowena

JemimaJoy · 08/05/2021 14:37

Elowen

Cornishwench · 08/05/2021 16:04

Oh all 3!!!
I wanted Lowenna for baby number 4 ( went perfectly with my second daughter Kerenza) but a beautiful boy came out so we called him Ruan!
