Alice - classic and timeless. While Alice is fairly popular currently, statistically Grace (either alone or hyphenated) and Sophia (and Sofia/Sophie) are much more likely to be names repeated in her peer group which could be annoying.

Alice is my favourite, followed by Sophia.

I've never liked Grace, I don't like the hard 'Gr' sound at the beginning.

Nannyamc · 04/05/2021 23:31

Alice though it seems to be making a comeback

I love Daisy Fern and Rose.

Pemba · 04/05/2021 23:34

They're all nice, Alice is my favourite. But if it were Sophie rather than Sophia, then I'd put Sophie first.

whiteroseredrose · 04/05/2021 23:50

I like Sophia.

But the one I knew was called Sphere when the class did maths!

girlmama32 · 04/05/2021 23:56

Alice is my favourite followed by Sophia, Sophie is nice too. Grace is very overused where I am.

MercyBodle · 05/05/2021 04:03

All lovely

  1. Alice
  2. Grace
  3. Sophia
HeadlessGummyBears · 05/05/2021 04:19

They’re all lovely, but if you’re going to have a middle name and haven’t decided on one, Sophia Alice sounds lovely.

Purplesparkle34 · 05/05/2021 05:00

Alice is my favourite

Mumbot345635 · 05/05/2021 05:08

All three are lovely. Wait to see what she looks like.

itsgettingwierd · 05/05/2021 05:11

All lovely names.

I'd use 2 and have middle name as well

Sophia Grace
Grace Alice
Alice Grace
Sophia Alice

Sophia

My daughter has one of those names. Although it was top 3 when she was born there were never two of them in her year at school. In secondary school there were 110 girls in her year. I think the more unusual names are found in clusters, there were 3 Averys in another child’s year, for example. My other daughter had a name which was v low down the popularity list, but she chose to shorten it to a name which made her one of 3 girls with that name. Jessica was a very popular name at the same time yet there was only one in the older child’s year and none in the younger.

ThatIsMyPotato · 05/05/2021 06:47

Sophia

MsTSwift · 05/05/2021 06:50

They are ok but really overused which for me has taken away all their charm. But I have 2 older girls and hear those names a lot. The majority of girls are called one of those names or Eve Isabel or Olivia. Not the most imaginative options really.

drumandthebass · 05/05/2021 07:35

Definitely Sophia

sunflowertulip · 05/05/2021 10:17

I really love them all.
