Zoe and Francesca are my favourites from your list, both lovely. Francesca is likely to get shortened though at school, maybe to Frankie or Cesca. I like the nicknames for Francesca but something to consider in case you don’t. Good luck.

ThatIsMyPotato · 02/05/2021 11:35

Zoe works well

MooseMoose · 02/05/2021 11:42

I really like Zoe and Ciara (pronounced Keer-ah) Sophie is nice too. Not keen on the other two, a bit frilly for me. How about Chloe, Phoebe, Sylvie, Mira, Cara, Cora or Coralie?

MyPanda · 02/05/2021 13:38

I like all of them - sorry, not much use!

diddlediddle · 02/05/2021 16:07

Francesca and Jessica for me, both lovely. Pretty but strong, classic. Don't like the others.

IamnotwhouthinkIam · 02/05/2021 16:09

If the middle name will definitely be Marie, then I'd choose Jessica of your choices - Jessica is classic (Shakespearean) but not as popular/over used as it used to be (plus the nn Jess or Jecca sounds quite cool). Jessica Marie flows nicely to me and while I also like Francesca and Sophie - Sophie Marie doesn't sound quite as good imo and I'm not keen on the nn's for Francesca.

Puntastic · 02/05/2021 16:11

I actually know a Zoe Marie!

I think Ciara works best from your list.

partyatthepalace · 02/05/2021 16:53

All nice
Francesca is probably my favourite followed by Zoe, Ciara and Jessica. Sophie also lovely but so popular I would avoid. You could argue Zoe is easier to spell so it trumps Ciara

KirstenBlest · 02/05/2021 17:01

2 Zoe (my fave) - like
1 Sophie - my favourite
5 Francesca - too flouncy
4 Ciara ( partners fave) - It will be mistaken for Clara
3 Jessica - fine

StevieNix · 02/05/2021 17:41

Ciara is my favourite by far from your list and it sounds lovely with Liam

DramaAlpaca · 02/05/2021 17:43

I like all the names on your list apart from Francesca.

Zoe is my favourite, but Ciara is the nicest with Liam.

sarah13xx · 02/05/2021 17:47

Really like Zoe. Jessica has always been one of my favourites as well. Sophie is nice but I feel like every second person I know has named their baby Sophie or Sophia in the last year. I’d go Zoe if thats your favourite!

andymoan · 02/05/2021 18:19

Clemence Marie
Isabella Marie

Anibas · 02/05/2021 18:29

I like Francesca or Ciara the most

Tillygetsit · 02/05/2021 23:23

I love Zoe.

MercyBodle · 03/05/2021 01:01

I like all the names on your list. My favourite is Ciara (pronounced Keer-ah) - it is the most distinctive and has beautiful sounds and spelling. I love it with Liam too. But they really are all good names!

MrsBertBibby · 03/05/2021 08:27

Zoe.

Chunkymenrock · 03/05/2021 08:31

Zoe and Ciara are nice but I would hate having to correct the mispronounciation of it, which is bound to happen.

Shutupyoutart · 03/05/2021 08:50

I love them all. Francesca being my fave. Ciara sounds lovely with liam though it may get frustrating having to correct people mispronouncing it.

YoniAndGuy · 03/05/2021 10:00

Zoe is lovely, well known but not too popular, easy to spell and say. Perfect.

Also love Sophie.

I’d rather be a Jess than a Fran, but both good names.

Ciara is just not in the same league to me - yes it’s traditional, but is a lot more ‘fashion-y’ - especially spelled Keira or Kira, which absolutely will be the misspellings she gets throughout her life.

So Zoe for me

YoniAndGuy · 03/05/2021 10:04

Oh just seen you have a Liam. Ciara is too close to that, almost the same sound pattern.

Also note - if you have a list of names and the comments repeatedly say ‘pronounced THAT way’ for one of them... that’s the name to avoid!

Kee-ra
Kee-Ah-ra

Nope!

ILoveShula · 03/05/2021 20:46

Ciara will get called See-ara, Sierra, Kee-ara (Chiara), Clara and it will get spelt Kira, Kiera, and Keira.

Too complicated - shame as it's a nice name.

Puntastic · 03/05/2021 20:51

Oh just seen you have a Liam. Ciara is too close to that, almost the same sound pattern.

I don't see or hear this at all!

ILoveShula · 03/05/2021 20:56

Me neither.

DramaAlpaca · 03/05/2021 21:31

Nor me Confused
