what is your favourite name of all time?

i know it's been done to death, and i'm not even planning another dc for a long time (or possibly ever) but i love different names and i think it is interesting to see what names other people like!

Well surely it's your DC's names which would be too outing but then I suppose I would have chosen differently if I don't have to agree with DH.

When I was little I wanted to have girl twins called Tabitha & Matilda ( Tilly & Milly.) When I was a teenager I assumed I'd only have only child and wanted a boy called Henry.

@Tillygetsit snap with Demelza! I love that, but could never have used it with my surname. I had a boy anyway.

My favourite name for girls are:

Elizabeth (my favourite book of all time is P&P, but my husband is not really keen on the name)
Madeline (also inspired by the books, however, could have a slight bad connotation?)
