Sorry longer post than I though!

I'm 31 weeks pregnant and keeping the baby's gender a surprise.. we have a few girls names we like but really struggling with a name if baby's a boy.

We originally had Sullivan but I'm starting to go off it and I kind of grit my teeth when I'm telling anyone because of the reaction!

My family is huge so there's lots of names I like that I can't use like: Oliver, Joshua, Joseph, Luca, Shay, Charles/Charlie, Louie, Finley, Lewis, Anthony, James, Jack, Carter, Dawson.

I really love Miller but baby's surname begins with M and it just doesn't go.

Send. Help. Please. 💙

I know this isn't much help but I honestly would just go with what YOU like, people might be pulling faces or making comments now but once your beautiful baby arrives they'll get used the name. I ended up choosing safe names for my children and now I wish I'd just picked what I originally wanted instead of letting other people's opinions change my mind.

Deacon
Emmet
Lachlan
Alistair
Julian

these names have a similar vibe to Sullivan for me
Not sure why they just do!

Either don't tell people, or put some really ludicrous ones in the list so Sullivan looks good even to those who don't like it Smile

Sullivan's fine. It's not especially my taste (usually not keen on surname type names) but it's nice enough and shouldn't raise any eyebrows with all the Harrisons, Finleys, Jensons etc about (so I'm not sure what your relatives/friends objections are?).

Maxwell? alliteration can be cool (plus Max is a more popular name)
Bennett? (Ben)
Samson? (Sam) too biblical?
Seth?
Nathaniel? (Nate)
Evan?
Dylan?
Heath?
Brody?
