Is Lucian Larson too much like a comic book character?

I love so many names starting with L 😬

I'm not against alliterative names but I don't think Lucien Larson works - perhaps because of the similar ending as well as alliteration.
I don't think you need to rule out other L names, for example Leo Larson and Luke Larson sound fine!

Dd has an alliteration name (CC) and I do like them generally, but as a previous poster has said I don’t think Lucian will is a good choice but others could work.

I often like alliteration but this doesn’t work - I think as Pp says it’s the double n on top of the double l.

PlainJane1000 · 24/04/2021 21:54

Agree with pp that the alliteration is not the issue so much as the overall similarities in the sounds and structure of first name and surname.

Laurie /Laurence vdefinitely goes with your Surname.

Alliteration is not that bad however my name is RRR and I find it so embarrassing when everyone makes a fuss🤣

Two L names are fine (unless it's Lex Luthor!) but Lucian Larson has too many similar sounds for me - it's a tongue twister. Luke Larson sounds good though.
