I wouldn't choose Eliza as it's nice for each child to have her own initial.

My favourite name is Eliza but it's too close to Emily.

Alice definitely. Charlotte has become a bit too well used.
Eliza sounds to me to be a cut rate Elizabeth.

Alice first choice, Charlotte second - both work perfectly with Emily (all classic, traditional names). Thea and Eliza are having a "moment"/ have had a very rapid rise in popularity.

All the names are nice but I've always loved the name Eliza personally.
I know another poster said each child should have their own initial, my sister in law has an Eliza but spelt as Aliza which I think is cute too ( I had the name aliza when I was pregnant with my first but my mother in law really wanted to choose a name for her so I agreed, so my sister in law used it when she had a girl)

I also really like the name Alice.
