We're expecting our first baby at the end of May. We know his middle name will be Andrew (after both mine and my partners dads) but not sure on a first name, especially one that will go with the surname!

My surname is Bioletti and my Partner's is Hall and he wants to hyphenate both names rather than just Hall...

So...

SOMETHING Andrew Bioletti-Hall

Let me know what you think and maybe you'll suggest THE name! Haha

How good you can honour both grandads in one middle name! Good luck.

This is perfect but a lot of names would work. I think we need a steer on your style.

Forgot to add that we wanted something tradition but then my partner doesn't want anything too "vanilla" 🤣

Nothing too crazy or out there

From the fact he will be having to spell his surname every time he gives it, I would go with a really simple 'only one way to spell it' first name.

So yes, something like James, in the first reply, makes a lot of sense.

An ancestor of mine was called Gavin Andrew. I have always thought the two names went well together.

Yes I second PP, keep it simple for the first name.

If you don't want anything too popular I'd avoid all the top 100 names. Almost all of the above names are outside top 100
