Can anyone recommend any other names we might like our current favourite is Dexter although I know it's not everyone's cup of tea...

His middle name is going to be Alan

Our girls names was going to be Violet I don't know if this helps...

Dexter in my child’s class. I always think of Dexter’s estate agent and Dex Dexter from Dynasty.

Hudson, Elliot, and Chester were on my list along with Dexter. I love them all but he ended up as Reuben.

There's a Dexter and Baxter in DS's class. I prefer Baxter I think, but if you like Dexter go with it. I like Chester that someone suggested.
