Baby girl names you don't hear often

Due a Baby Girl in June and really struggling with names I like, a lot of the names I did like such as Sophia, Mia and Orla have been taken by friends / family.

I do like Alba, Verity, Luna, Flora, Nova and Polly (my DH hates the last three!).

Any other suggestions?

@EdithGrantham I always thought Tiny would be a lovely nickname for Clementine. I’m not keen on Clemmie either, but Clementine is a wonderful name.

I like Barley as a nane, but you need to think it through with your surname, so avoid if you're a Farmer, Field, Farley, Mow etc 😉

@Orphlids I quite like Clem as a shortening and even liked Clemmie until I made the leap to clammy but am also quite aware that you can't control what others shorten it to which makes me wary, I'll put it on the list for consideration along with the others we have, some of which have been mentioned on here as well

I think all of the ones you list are becoming quite popular - Luna especially - I like Flora and Polly, quite like Verity. Not keen on Luna and Alba.

Some slightly less popular but maybe similar feel - Lois, Ines, Cleo, Hera, Stella, Aster, Oona, Thora, Aislinn (Ashlinn), Ffion, Cecily, Salome, Ione, Ismene
