Middle Name Option Poll

First name is going to be Olivia.

Middle name choices are:
Jade
Grace
Rose

Which do you guys think?

Not too keen on Jade, although it's not awful. Olivia Rose is lovely.

Not Rose or Grace so Jade

Jade

Jade is not at all to my taste, Grace and Rose are the current epitome of generic middle names. Grace is the nicest of the three, if you must.

Jade

Imagine Olivia Rose is a popular choice.

To be honest I am a fan not of Olivia - much prefer Alicia Rose and Alyssa Rose. Something similar but not so overused at the moment.

Jade and Grace, don't like either.

Rose. Love Olivia, too.

While ONS don't list middle name popularity, they list hyphenated names and Olivia Rose is much more popular than Olivia Grace, so on that basis I'd choose Grace .

However either way you have chosen the most popular girls name combined with the two most popular middle names - but they are popular for a reason as they are lovely, classic names. For this reason Jade doesn't really fit - it's a bit dated sounding, and harsher than your other choices imo.

If you want other 1 syllable middle name options that are less popular - Maeve, Claire, Faith, Hope, Fern, Faye, Tess or Gwen could be nice.

I love Grace but it's just so popular I'd probably choose the less common Jade.
Rose is meh.

Olivia Grace

I'd go for a middle name that is more unusual, as Olivia is so popular.

I don't like Jade much, and Rose and Grace seem to be every other girl's middle name.

Not Jade, will be a while till it shakes off its low rent rep.

Grace probably goes best, but Rose is also lovely. They are both v popular middle names though (along with May), if that bothers you maybe Pearl, Hope, Faith, Jane or Fern could be alternatives.

Grace. I don't like Jade and while I do like Rose, I think Grace goes better with Olivia.

I don't like Jade, it's very 90s.

I prefer Rose as a name, but Grace goes better with Olivia.
