Adrielle Rose of the two. Rose is a very popular middle but because you have an uncommon first name in Adrielle, I'd give her the more timeless sounding middle name in case she wants to swop to it when older (and Grace is currently more popular as a first name than classic Rose).

Rose - Easier to say after Adrielle than Grace.

Grace and Rose are obviously ubiquitous middle names (along with May) so if you like any of them Pearl, Hope, Faith, Fern, Joy, Maud, Bay would all be more unusual.

Deffo not Monet.
