Surely it’s easier to just think of the first name you want. Middle names don’t really have to go with first names particularly, especially if they are chosen for a family member etc.

Most first names not ending in a ie/y would work with Charlie for a middle. Do you have a particular style? - Charlie is quite popular so maybe you should check out the top 100 and see if you can narrow down sounds you like?

Or since Charlie is a nn for Charles, maybe you like shortened names? Max, Theo or Jack are popular too and would work with Charlie.
