Surname is two syllable, starts and ends in N.

Sophie Irene .. initials would be SIN
Ruby Irene
Heidi Irene
Phoebe Irene
Willow Irene.. initials would be WIN

All fabulous- ruby and phoebe both quite popular if you mind that.
Heidi my least fav.

Heidi Irene is my favourite, so pretty while she is a little girl, and works well when she has grown up too.

Ruby Irene is also nice.

Phoebe Irene would be PIN, and I don't think the two names work well together, they seem a bit clunky.

Sophie and Willow are already hugely popular, particularly Sophie, and I think that Willow will soon date.

I like all your first name choices really apart from Sophie which is a bit meh! Also would definitely want to avoid the initials SIN for your lovely new baby!

I like Sophie, Ruby and Phoebe. Willow is a bit naff to me, and Heidi is a bit “child dressing up as a Swiss milkmaid”. I would avoid Sophie because I wouldn’t want Sin as the initials. You could add another middle name as well. Irene is nice. Would you use that as a first name?

Honestly I don’t think most people ever notice middle names so I wouldn’t worry about the initials, just go with the first name you like. Phoebe would be my favourite of your list.

You don’t want SIN but you could add a name eg Sophie Irene Mary to get out of it

Have always liked the name Ruby so would probably go for that! Willow is nice too but not sure how popular it is where you stay. Sophie is a classic but too popular now for me

Willow Irene is great - you have a lovely combo of a more modern, beautiful sounding first name with a traditional but currently dated middle name - so it balances out nicely (the WIN initials are awesome too).

I like classic Sophie but I think SIN would be unfair, and I'm not keen on your other choices (I find Ruby "old lady" despite it's popularity, and Phoebe and Heidi have a whiny sound to me, sorry) .

If you love Sophie Irene but don't like the initials you could also spell it Eirene (I think that spelling exists ?) or call her Irene Sophie. Though she's more likely to use SN as her initials anyway

All the names are ok and I like them in this order: Sophie, Phoebe, Heidi, Willow and Ruby.

But I picked the one that doesn't end in an ee sound because Irene does.
Pick the one that goes best with just the surname.

Sophie and ruby and lovely, can't go wrong! Don't personally like willow but that's just me.

Literally don't worry or give another thought to the initials. It's not a thing that people tend to pick up on or that would hinder someone in any way at all.

Heidi is such a breath of fresh air! I also like Willow. Less keen on the others. I would avoid SIN.

I like all those except Heidi. I'd cross off Sophie with the initials though. Out of Ruby and Phoebe for my first choice, but Willow is nice too.

I honestly don't think anyone cares what their initials are unless it's a swear word.

Not liking Phoebe, Heidi or Ruby, love Sophie though and Willow. Don't like Irene as it reminds me of an old lady, Ivy is a better middle name and more modern than Irene.
