Middle name for Jake

Decided on the name Jake (not Jacob!), but stuck a middle name.

Surname is Anthony. I love the name Leon but not sure that would work.

Any ideas?

My Jake's middle name is William.

Since Jake is 1 syllable and Anthony is 3, I think a 2 syllable middle name would sound really nice and flow well- Leon is fine but perhaps the -on ending sounds slightly off with the -on in Anthony? Leo might work better. Other options:

Joseph (my fave since then he could be JJ, very cute on a little one!)
Michael
David
Edward
Thomas
Peter
Wilfred

Gives him the initials JO for a nn when he’s older and maybe wants a change
